It's three miles to the French Quarter, a half-mile to the Bywater neighborhood, and four blocks to the Mississippi river levee. Also, nearby is a neighborhood bar, a fine-dining spot, and a convenience store.
This is a tastefully appointed 700 square-foot shotgun with the living room/kitchen in the front of the house and the bedroom, bathroom, and utility room in the back. We are pet friendly on a case by case basis. We live down the street, and are very responsive to our tenants needs.
