Remote controlled entrance gate and garage door. Our minimum contract is for 6 months. We can also provide maid service and cleaning service at reasonable prices. Rent is $2,450 per month, plus utilities. Deposit is $1, 500. We can discuss pets. No utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric, internet) are included, but all are available.
