Great location: Next to the Lake Monona and Dog Haus, between the UW- Madison and Meriter and St.Mary's hospitals on the intersection of S Brooks St and Drake St. It is 936 Drake St Madison WI 53715.
Shared rooms: 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, large living/dining room with TV and furniture, finished low level with 1/2 bathroom. All have been meticulously maintained and renovated to keep the charm of old, but new house. The low level could be used as a very quiet and private study room or an entertainment area or just a large private space. It is finished and has a private bathroom.
We are looking for young professionals or college students at local universities to share the house with. We would like to find a considerate, responsible roommate who is interested in a mostly quiet, clean home and is not excessively drinking or using substances.
