Option to move in before 9/1 can be considered. Owner pays for trash service. Tenant is responsible for utilities. Deposit is due at lease signing. Tenant is responsible for lawn and yard maintenance as required by HOA (A fee will apply if in violation). Is pet friendly but only one, and no breeds known for aggression are allowed. Pet deposit is $50. An application must be filled out for each adult 18+. Upon approval of the application the deposit is due in the form of Cashiers Check. THERE IS NO GROWING, SELLING, DISTRIBUTING OR SMOKING OF MARIJUANA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AT THE PROPERTY BY TENANT(S) OR GUESTS.
