That if you're looking at this ad and reading this you know exactly what you want to rent currently and have the funds for a deposit and first month's rent. 2) No smoking 3) No pets allowed What information do I need from you: 1) driver's license 2) 2 months of most recent bank statements 3) 2 latest paystubs 4) I run a background check of all applicants before deciding if you would be the right fit for my property. I do not run credit because credit will only tell me that you pay your bills on time and it does not confirm income so in my opinion that does not really help me to determine qualification.
