You have to see this spacious quiet first floor condo to love it!… It's not a retirement community but it could be because it's just as quiet, because most of the residents are successful elderly people. Quiet, yet close to many restaurants and stores at the Fields Ertel commercial complex. This particular unit was one of the last units built. It's on a pond with a fountain and on a cul-de-sac. Modern in everyway with vaulted ceilings, two car garage and modern appliances. One of the few built in the complex with an extra upstairs bonus room. The complex has a community pool and club house and lots of friendly neighbors. All outdoor maintenance is done by the HOA which is paid by your landlord.
