Lease terms

One year lease. This property is a 2-story apartment building located in the city of Bellflower. The property has assigned parking spaces. Very well maintained property with laundry facility, on site manager. This unit is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the second floor of a 2 story building. All rent is due on or before the 1st of the month and is to be paid by electronic payment or delivered to the onsite manager in cashier's check or money order. Any repairs to carpentry, plumbing, electrical or other miscellaneous repairs caused by the tenant are the responsibility of the tenant and to be paid for by the tenant. Cats and small animals are allowed with prior approval, owners must pay additional $100 per month per pet. There are no large dogs allowed as pets at this property. Renters are responsible for gas, electric, and all other utilities not specified. Owner pays for water and garbage. Lease is month-to-month duration with 1st month's rent and 1 month deposit due at signing. Renters must obtain renter's insurance. Parking is assigned, guests parking is on street. Long-term tenant with good or excellent credit preferred. No evictions. Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property. Other tenant code of conduct and rules will be presented and signed before lease begins.
