Rental agreement is for 4 weeks/28 days for main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and includes monthly cleaning and maintenance for multiple monthly stays. Discounts available for multiple months. Rental agreement Includes all utilities for water, electric, gas, and all sales, use, local taxes and 1 HOA ID card and 1 gate card. Shared laundry includes laundry and cleaning supplies. Luxuriously fully furnished with sheets, towels, kitchen supplies and 1 case of water bottles per month. DOES NOT include Racquet club dues or court time and does not include golf green fees or monthly punch pass or seasonal pass. However, I can arrange a negotiated rate to include. Does not include groceries or personal hygiene supplies. Sun Lakes Oakwood Country Club is an active adult community, one owner must be 50+ and one tenant must be at least 40 years old. Facilities are for adults, pools for visiting children are marked on the map in the laundry room. There are playgrounds, water venues, and lots of events to entertain your under 16 yr old guests within 4-5 miles.
