Lease terms

Seeking responsible tenants who will maintain the home in good condition and promptly report maintenance issues. Minimum 12-month lease required. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and includes a 5-day grace period. Any rent not received by the end of the 5th day will be considered late and subject to a late fee as outlined in the lease. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water and trash utilites. Water service will remain in the owner's name, and the tenant must reimburse the monthly water bill no later than five (5) days before the utility due date. A copy of the water bill will be provided each month. No pets. No smoking inside the home. Renter's insurance is required. Applicants must meet income and background screening requirements. No prior evictions or outstanding landlord collections.
