Room is currently furnished with very comfortable queen bed, side table, dresser, and bookshelf, but if you have your own gear I can relocate these items. Main space is great for cooking, entertaining friends, or hanging on the couch. Outdoor options are dual, with classic West Philly front porch and Adirondack chairs (made by yours truly), and mid-size back patio with garden beds and ivy. In the basement we have washer and dryer, both new in the last few years, with a 2nd bathroom as well. Ample space for storage or tinkering on projects.
