(Please note a full size couch and a queen size box springs will not make this turn.) The apartment shares a large front porch, a patio, a high efficiency furnace, and off street parking. This apartment gets 1 parking space. Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed.
