Tenant is responsible for routine snow and ice removal from sidewalks, driveway, and entry areas during the lease term. To help protect the newer concrete surfaces, Tenant is encouraged to use a concrete-safe ice melt product (such as magnesium chloride or calcium magnesium acetate blends) rather than traditional rock salt when treating sidewalks and driveway areas. The property includes an underground sprinkler system used for lawn maintenance. Tenant understands that seasonal irrigation water usage will be part of normal utility consumption. Landlord and/or lawn care provider may need occasional access to the garage sprinkler control panel for seasonal adjustments, maintenance, startup, or winterization of the irrigation system, as well as access to basement water shutoff valves to winterize or reactivate the system during the Fall and Spring seasons. Reasonable notice will be provided when practical. Pets: No pets allowed. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with additional deposit and rent.
