Explicit quiet time from 10pm - 6am including restrictions on common area usage during quiet time. No bar-b-quing or smoking dishes inside the house/kitchen. Air quality must be maintained in the house. Dirty dishes are to be washed asap and not left in the sink. Drug abuse is cause for lease termination. One car allowed per room rental, off-street parking.
