Located in the highly sought-after Highlands Reserve golf community, the home offers a safe, quiet environment surrounded by palm-lined streets and well-maintained landscapes. You'll also be just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and major Orlando attractions like Disney, Universal, and LEGOLAND. Highlands Reserve is set amid beautiful, tall pine trees and rolling countryside. In addition to the superb championship golf course, the community welcomes you to its golf clubhouse, children's playground, tennis court and community pool. Conveniently next to the community is a shopping area with a large Publix supermarket, many stores, excellent restaurants, bars and banks. Nearby Interstate 4 provides quick access to the beaches near Tampa on the west coast, the space (east) coast beaches near Cocoa and Melbourne, or the many attractions of Metro Orlando, including Universal Studios, Sea World, and Science Museum. Nearby Lakeland offers Legoland, pro basketball, Art museum, wilderness hikes and many other options in a lovely small city environment. Stroll through quaint shopping towns nearby, including Mt. Quiet hours are between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Pets are not permitted at any time. If it is discovered that a pet has been in the home, there is an automatic charge of $450.00 to cover the cost of professionally cleaning all carpets and upholstery. There is an additional charge should a pest control company's services be required. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property. Failure to comply with this will result in removal from the property without recompense or refund and a minimum fine of $500.00. Trash must be placed in the carts provided and placed within five feet of the curb or street either the night before or by 6 a.m. on collection day. Remove carts promptly from curb after collection during same day. Placing carts outside property other than specified days and/or failing to store back carts same day after collection will incur a $100.00 charge. If there is excess trash on departure due to not putting trash out, there will be a $50.00 pickup charge. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check out is before 10:00 AM.
