In winter
In the winter, snowshoe, sled, ski, snowmobile on our ever expanding trails or Winter Sports & Skiing: Rentals serve as ski chalets for major resorts like Sunday River in Newry and Mt. Abram in Greenwood. They are also hubs for Maine's Interconnected Trail System (ITS), allowing snowmobilers to ride directly from the driveway off the property , frequent local shops along Rt 26.
Western Maine is world-renowned for its autumn leaf-peeping. Enjoy our mollyockett mountainside view, quiet sweet smelling pine trees, and two fire pits rather than crowded coastlines.visit cultural and geological sites like the Maine Mineral and Gem Museum in Bethel.
Waterfalls & Natural Swimming: Even without lakes, the area features spectacular swimming holes and waterfalls like Frenchman's Hole (Sunday River) and Snow Falls in West Paris.
Work-From-Home Nooks: two dedicated workspace, office chair, misc in both floors with high-speed fiber optic internet which is highly sought after in rural Maine. The Toy chest full of sports balls, bubbles for younger ones or play pool table or ping-pong, and board game or sing with our karaoke machine.

Whether walking hiking, biking, or pay extra fee to hunt our property or simply explore all of Gods beautiful creatures and creation in "our little neck of the woods" without worry of stumbling over another person.
We offer private camping, hiking, even (currently allow archery/crossbow, trapping) or if prefer to be pampered in our private gated log style house that sits 185ft off of Rural east west highway RT 121. Or borrow our kayak go to Moose or Pleasant ponds 2 miles in either direction. This property is our ongoing 2 plus year labor of our of love and commitment to provide the weary pilgrims restful rejuvenation on their way to celestial city as stewards of the land we have been entrusted with this task as we just finished rehabilitate accommodations for any family or couples who want a break from the big city life or their urban fast paced crowded neighborhoods. Our family turned this neglected building into calm clean comfy 5 bed lodge during phase 1. We used real natural wood pine tongue groove walls ceilings, bamboo flooring and real pine log siding. Our back windows looks out to views of Mollyockett mountain range (aka singing bird mt), and front looks out to Pinnacle Mt and water out back is fed by three springs that merge into Bog Brook which feeds Moose pond. These brooks, creeks come from speckled mt, spruce mt, and bald mt range water shed. We also allow and encourage rock hounding on or offsite for loads of fun. We have found granite, feldspar, quartz, rock garnet, mica, pegmatite, hematite, limestone and turmaline. Or cold plunge in our creek that twists turns along its way to our beaver pond. Enjoy exclusive private walking, hiking nature trail adventure outdoors or stay inside lodge with comfortable modern relaxing family amenities game room, gym, sauna, hot tub, huge firepit or sing songs as family around the camp fire eating smores, sitting on logs we cut down from our property and built by rocks from around house. Or play one of our many outdoor games like beach volleyball, badmitton, while star gazing on our open flat sandy backyard. Cook on flat top bbq grill, croquet, corn hole, watch movie on the wifi projector or just sit watch sunset, or stars or enjoy our resident owl, song birds, peepers sing you to sleep while relaxing by the fire or rocking in outdoor or indoor hammock.
