Lease terms

Term, Utilities, and Restrictions Term: The Tenant agrees to lease the premises for a fixed term of one (1) year. Utilities and Insurance: The Tenant agrees to pay for all utility services utilized during the lease term, specifically electricity, water, propane tank refills, and internet service. Additionally, the Tenant is required to maintain a valid renter's insurance policy throughout the duration of the tenancy. Payment Due at Signing: Prior to taking possession of the property, the Tenant shall remit payment equaling the first month's rent and last month's rent. Pet Restriction: Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the premises. Non-Compliance Penalty: Failure to comply with any of the terms, rules, or restrictions outlined in this agreement will result in a non-compliance fine of $1,000 per violation, in addition to any other remedies available to the Landlord by law.
