Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with an additional refundable pet deposit. Tenants are expected to maintain the property in good condition and follow all house rules outlined in the lease. Any damages or excessive cleaning will be the responsibility of the tenant. Tenant must obtain renters insurance covering the lease term, including liability coverage, and provide proof prior to move-in.
