Explore nearby Gull Cove or travel to the end of the actual Granite Pier, which offers 270-degree views of the great Atlantic and the Rockport coastline. Go there early in the morning to experience the sunrise over the water. There is a boat launch at the pier just 120 yards from the house.
Experience swimming in a freshwater quarry known as Little Parker Pit just up the road. Front Beach and Back Beach are also close by. There is off-street parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Washer/dryer in unit.
