Lease terms

One year lease available to qualified applicants. Pets allowed with additional monthly pet rent of $50.00 per pet, per month. No aggressive dog breeds allowed. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside. Tenant responsible for electricity and internet. Owner pays first $50.00 or water bill, tenant responsible for balance thereafter. Please be aware that all properties require the applicant(s)' combined gross income to be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, along with a credit score of 620 or higher and a solid payment history. Students must provide a qualified guarantor instead of traditional income verification. GUARANTORS: If you are acting as a guarantor or cosigner for your dependent, please ensure that your proof of income, tax returns, or other relevant documents are prepared for upload. These are necessary to complete your application. Each potential tenant and their guarantor must both complete an application in order to be considered for a lease. The application fee is $55.00 and NON REFUNDABLE. Paying the application fee does not ensure approval of a lease or that your group will move forward in the selection process.
