This home is intentionally preserved to reflect its historic roots, featuring original woodwork and vintage fixtures. It is comfortably appointed with linens provided for the queen-size and twin-size beds, fresh towels, and ample pillows. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary meal preparation equipment and a dishwasher. A washer, dryer, and laundry detergent are also available for your convenience.
Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided. A pack 'n' play is available upon request.
Situated directly on the oceanfront, you'll enjoy uninterrupted views, salty breezes, and the soothing sound of the waves. The home offers unbeatable beach access and is within walking distance to downtown Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, providing convenient access to boutique shopping, art galleries, dining, and harbor views.
No parties are allowed, and a fine will be incurred if this policy is broken. Smoking of any kind is also prohibited. Early check-in/late check-out is not available between Memorial Day and Columbus Day. Yard maintenance may occur occasionally in the summer without advance notice.
