Lease terms

Lease Terms Monthly Rent: -$2,000 per month Move-In Costs: -First month's rent and Security deposit: $2,000 due at lease signing. -Additional deposit requirements may apply based on credit check and rental history (up to two months' rent plus security deposit) Lease Length: 12-month lease preferred (Other lease terms may be considered) Insurance Requirement: -Proof of renter's insurance is required before move-in Tenant Responsibilities: -Tenant is responsible for all utilities (electric, water, gas, internet, trash, etc.) -Tenant is responsible for lawn care and routine yard maintenance. -Rent is due on the 1st day of each month (Late fees applied for past due rent) Application Requirements: -Completed rental application required -Income verification required -Background and credit check required -Rental history and references preferred Occupancy & House Rules -No smoking inside the home -No pets allowed -All occupants living in the home must be listed on the lease agreement
