The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. Entertainment includes a 55-inch Smart TV in the downstairs living area and a 40-inch Smart TV in the upstairs loft. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included throughout the home.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood on Okaloosa Island, this property is tucked between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a two-minute walk via the boardwalk across the street, which connects directly to the Gulf and the intercostal waterway. The Santa Rosa Sound is also just a minute or two away on the opposite side, accessible via the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island is known for its less crowded beaches and is approximately a 10-15 minute drive to Destin, depending on traffic. The neighborhood is conveniently located near restaurants and bars.
Check-in time is 4 PM or after. Guests are asked to notify of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Check-out time is 10 AM. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Due to the tropical climate and proximity to water, guests may encounter tropical insects and wildlife. The property is treated regularly for pests, but encounters are sometimes unavoidable. Guests are advised to be aware of their surroundings, especially near water. Smoking is prohibited, and guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage or hazardous items within one hour of occupancy. Guests are advised to child-proof the unit if necessary. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the available trash can and use the garbage disposal for small food remnants only. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in yards. Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are asked to be respectful of bed sheets and towels, and to avoid using them with makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks, as stains may result in additional charges. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if extra cleanup is required. This house is professionally managed by a third-party service for identity verification and criminal database checks.
