The open-concept kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and a center island snack bar, while the dining area has vaulted ceilings. Enjoy a picture-frame smart TV above an LED fireplace with ambient strip lighting, and four swings under the main balcony. Free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and smart TVs are available throughout.
Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $50 for one dog and $100 for two dogs. Guests can request early check-in or late check-out for a small fee, subject to availability.

City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time. This is a smoke-free home; no smoking or vaping is permitted. Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and a rental agreement. Parking is designated to the driveway to ensure neighborly access on the shared mountain road.
