Cute building, with other tenants who all get along! Well maintained, management company to deal with all issues. Pets welcome. Across the street from Walmart, about a mile to Olde Town Arvada, with many cute restaurants and shops. Also close to two stops on the light-rail, walkable in about 15 minutes or drive in about 2.
Top floor, so no one above you, back of building, so very quiet. Stairs needed to get to second floor. Stool and shower in separate room, sink located outside of the bathroom, making it easier to use. Large windows. Off-street parking included. Most folks in the building work, but some are retired, so good mix of people and usually someone is around. On-site laundry available for a small fee. We are happy to divide deposit out over two-three months if need be. Talk to us!
