It is also within walking distance or easy driving distance of three light rail stops. Parking is available in the Arvada light rail center (we think it is free, but have not confirmed this). A small dog (under 40 lbs) or a cat is fine. Other pets need to be discussed. All tenants in this building get along. Building is managed by owners, and we heavily screen. Rent includes the following utilities: Heat, common area electric, trash, water and sewer. You pay for phone, internet/cable and electric for this unit, which is individually metered, so pay for what you use. Plenty of off-street parking, a little grill area and pet area are also included. Very close to parks to walk or ride your bike in. All in all a great place!
