RESPONSE TIMING If your message does not include: household size, pets, move-in date, and credit score range (or confirmation of a rent subsidy + willingness to provide alternative evidence), we may not respond. IMPORTANT ABOUT "APPLY NOW" ON ZILLOW Zillow charges renters a portable application fee that can be used for multiple listings for a period of time. House Hack, Inc. does not receive this fee and cannot refund it. We only begin formal review after: A) A tour is completed by all adult occupants (or reasonable accommodation arranged where required), and B) You confirm you want to proceed, and C) You submit our requested income/identity verification checklist [Pre-lease Checklist].
