The Views gated community is located near China Cove & the Corona Del Mar State Beach. From this home, you can drive 5 minutes to the beach and or a number of world-class restaurants. For those who don't know that area, The Shops at Fashion Island, Balboa Island, Downtown Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove, Newport Coast are all just a few minutes by car/Uber. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: -All guests must sign a rental agreement after making the booking. Failure to sign rental agreement can lead to cancellation of reservation. - Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay. - Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder.
