Additional Fees: $500 Non-refundable Cleaning Fee Smoking Policy: No smoking is permitted inside the cabin. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, with proper disposal of cigarette waste. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fee and potential termination of the lease. Parking: On-site parking is available. No street parking is permitted. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in the cabin, except for small dogs. No cats are allowed in the cabin. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fee and potential termination of the lease. Maintenance Responsibilities: Tenants are responsible for routine upkeep, including: - Lawn care and snow removal. - Regular trash disposal and maintaining cleanliness of the property. - Any repairs or maintenance required due to tenant negligence will be billed to the tenant. Report any major maintenance needs or repairs to the landlord promptly. Inspections: Landlord reserves the right to schedule property inspections with 48 hours' notice. Termination and Renewal: Tenants must provide a written notice of 14 days to terminate a month-to-month lease or 60 days for a yearly lease.
