Laundry on each floor, coin operated. Minimum Lease is 4 months. No smoking No pets. 1 under building garage space is included. Non registered occupants are not permitted. No sub leasing. Tenant is required to pass a background inspection and interview, fee of $150, prior to lease confirmation. HOA is covered by Owner and includes water, sewage, Cable and wi fi. Electricity is paid by owner with a cap of $100 per month. Any amount over $100 is due by tenant. The bill will be made accessible and can be averaged during your stay so that if one month is a little higher it can be balanced out. Normal bills are between $70 and $125
