Very hard to see just how beautiful this is until you see it in person, pics don't do it justice ! Huge living room over 16 ft long and 12 ft wide
You will be shocked how beautiful and large this is. My apartments usually go very quickly so text me and get in ASAP!!
Walk to the shipyard or ferry ( less than half a mile)

Located on historic Highland Ave!! This is a great location, very nice historic homes. This apartment is very upscale. you have to see it in person! All finished are not done like an apartment, this is done like a home. We have very long term tenants for a reason!
no carpet anywhere in the apartment, new lighting. Gorgeous new paint. Most rooms have 10 ft ceilings. Master, bathroom, kitchen and most of the living room all have 10 ft ceilings.
Great tenants
This feels like a home and the tenants treat it that way. I am very picky to who I rent to bc I want this to be a peaceful home. The apartment has very nice finishes like you would see in a home not an apartment. This is a convenient and upscale apartment with fantastic tenants.
Laundry on site, water and sewer are a separate fixed fee. You are responsible for all other utilities directly with utility companies. Permitted street parking (permit is free), so you won't have a problem finding a space for you or your guests.

Room Features:
Living room: new flooring, new paint, lighting, blinds heating and door hardware ( knobs and hinges) . This is a large room! Over 16 ft by 12 ft
Ceiling goes from 8 ft to 10 ft. It is very difficult to pick up in photos how large this is. Must see in person !
Bathroom: has a huge deep, tub and a giant closet! 10 ft ceilings. Waterproof luxury plank flooring. The photo of the bathroom mirror looks dark bc I turned out the other lights so the lighted mirror will show up clearly, it is brand new. Is lighted and has an anti fog setting.
Kitchen:
self cleaning stove. Granite countertops. Eat in kitchen. 10 foot ceilings. Kitchen is very large for an apartment, lots of space and very bright with windows! I forgot to take pics of the kitchen so this is an older pic of the kitchen. you will love it!
Master bedroom is large., lighting and 10 foot ceilings!!
