It is listed on the National Registry of Historical Homes. It boast tall ceilings with beautiful windows that let in lots of light. The bedrooms are large. The house is the back side of a duplex, with the living room, dining and kitchen downstairs. The second floor has the bedrooms. It has hard to find, free parking in the back of the house.
As the oldest neighborhood in the city, this part of downtown Sacramento combines historic charm with vibrant urban personality.
