If you want to escape the chaotic dorms or noisy apartment complexes and prefer a peaceful, grounded environment, this is the perfect fit. We work for CSU and the City of Fort Collins. The Space - You will have plenty of privacy in the finished basement, which includes Your Bedroom: Bright, large, and quiet with great morning light from the southeast exposure and huge walk-in closet. Shared Amenities (with one other roommate, our teenager who is about to finish high school and is planning for college) A clean bathroom, a cozy living/lounging area with gas fireplace, and a convenient kitchenette for quick meals, coffee, and food prep. Shared yard and amenities- huge back yard area that includes patio, grill, flower garden. Storage area that can be utilized on a case-by-case basis. Laundry: On-site washer and dryer included (no trekking to a laundromat!). Why You'll Love the Location- Situated in a safe, central, charming neighborhood, you get the absolute best of Fort Collins living. Commuter's Dream - An easy walk, bike ride, drive, or bus hop straight to CSU campus, downtown, or local businesses. A centralized location with about a 10-15 minute drive from anywhere in town. Busy family upstairs often out at activities, events, work/school. . . We have an indoor/outdoor cat. You will share the bsmt w/ our older teen prepping to finish HS and planning for college. She is kind & respectful. Female preferred for her comfort.
