Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed and may incur charges of $100 for 1-2 hours or $200 for 2-3 hours. A 3.9% processing fee applies to refunds. The primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines, do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. Keep the storage closet closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion. Do not rearrange furniture. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property, and additional guests beyond the number initially registered will incur an additional charge of $100 per person, requiring prior approval. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
