Income Minimum: $82,500 to $108,000/year, $7,000 to $8,700/month. Proof of income required. (No housing vouchers accepted.) Credit: We expect good credit but have been flexible for people who have been through a medical or divorce situation. We determine credit through a third party, which will be paid by the applicant. Those are on the verge of bankruptcy will be denied. Deposit: $2,250 Lease Term: 1-year minimum then month-to-month. Renter will be responsible for all utilities (water, sewer, electric, gas, etc.), routine home maintenance (i.e., changing air filters, replacing light bulbs, etc.), yard and landscaping maintenance. Pets: We do allow pets but may deny on certain breads and/or quantity of pets. There's a $50 monthly fee per pet. A $200 non-refundable pet deposit is required and will be collected at signing.
