A refundable pet deposit of $250 per dog. Dogs must be vaccinated, well-behaved, and unlikely to escape, as the property features a 3-foot-high fenced yard. Smoking: This is a non-smoking property, and smoking is not permitted inside the home. Parking: A gravel parking pad with a turnaround is available. It comfortably accommodates three vehicles for daily use, with space for up to eight vehicles when needed. Lawn & Garden Maintenance: Routine lawn maintenance is the tenant's responsibility. Professional mowing services are available at the tenant's expense if desired. Tenants are welcome to enjoy fruits and vegetables from the orchard, berry patches, and raised garden beds, which are open for their use.
