Water, trash, sewer are paid. Deposit of $750. What we require for tenancy: Monthly income of at least $2520 or voucher equivalent. Three months of paystubs and bank statements. Credit score of 650+ Acceptable background check. Previous landlord reference. We do not ask for an upfront application fee. If your application meets requirements, and we mutually agree to move forward, we will ask for background/credit check and will refund it to you in your third month of successful tenancy.
