Fully furnished apartment with owner covering water, sewer, mowing and internet. Renter pays for electricity. First, last and deposit due on signing lease. Up to 2 small dogs allowed with monthly pet fee. Larger dogs considered on request. There is NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on the property. We have you sign the standard state of Tennessee rental agreement. This would be for a one year lease.

This apartment is located on our 225-acre property known as Hiwassee Acres, and is available furnished or unfurnished.… That's right - 225 magical acres of creeks, fields and forest, with lots of amenities located on over a mile of the Hiwassee River. It is truly a very rare find. Here's a few things you can do on the property without having to drive anywhere: Kayak or swim the Hiwassee River Work out in the fitness room Send the kids out of the house, not to return until sunset Take an safe evening walk with a loved one Breathe the fresh country air Shoot hoops at the basketball court Better your score on the disc golf course Gaze at the vivid stars at night Hike one of the various trails Beat your partner or friend at pickleball Take a horse for a ride Bike along the paved and but sparsely travelled country roads Fish the well stocked pond for Catfish, Shellcrackers, Largemouth Bass and Bluegill Read a book by the river Run the property road for some good cardio Grow a garden Feed the farm animals a treat Make a friend in the community Get lost (but have a GPS to find your way home!) In addition to the above, we also operate an equestrian business with 18 horses known as Ocoee Horseride (Google it). We offer rides on the property and discounted rates for tenants to participate in this special activity. Do you have your own horses or have interest in working with our horses? Let's talk. The unit is located 30 minutes south of Athens, Tennessee and 30 minutes north of Cleveland, Tennessee. If you are okay with a bit longer commute, this unit is located 45-50 minutes from Chattanooga. We have had families in the past commute there daily just so that they could live here! The drive in and out of here goes right along the famous Hiwassee river and the view is beautiful. Early morning and sunset views along the river are doubly awesome. As for the apartment itself, this is a nice, clean, 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. It is a lower level apartment, meaning that there is another residence above it occupied by our mother/mother-in-law. The upper level residence is totally independent of this unit. You have your own private parking area. Water and sewer is included, as well as property wide Wi-Fi. The bottom line is that this is a very nice and fully functional unit in very good condition, and with lots of space, but see the pictures to verify that it meets your needs. We can provide this property furnished or unfurnished. Furnished is an additional $200/month. We can modify the bed size in each room to accommodate your specific needs.
