This home is loaded with amenities, featuring a clean space with all the conveniences of home. The large open kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including an industrial double-sized stainless steel refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your own meals. A family of eight can be seated at the dining table overlooking the pool. The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen smart TV, which also offers YouTube TV, HBO Max, Peacock, and Hulu. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower and a luxurious soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms are available: one with a queen bed and Smart TV, and another with bunk beds (one full and one twin mattress). The property is equipped with high-speed wireless internet. Out back, in the fully fenced-in yard, you will find an in-ground pool and an outdoor kitchen. There is also a 200-square-foot pool house with an air mattress for additional sleeping space.
Pets are allowed for a $200 non-refundable pet fee. The pool can be heated for a small per-stay fee, which must be requested and paid at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The driveway is large enough for three cars, and the road to the right of the house can accommodate additional parking for a boat or RV.
Located not far from historic and artsy downtown Ocean Springs and the beautiful beaches of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, this property offers a fantastic stay. You'll find yourself nearby the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs, with its many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops. The Bayou bar and grill is half a mile away, offering fantastic food, waterfront views, and live music. Lake Mars pier is great for fishing and is also located half a mile away.
The fireplace is not to be used. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests swim at their own risk. A liability waiver due to the pool must be electronically signed before the access code is given; failure to do so before arrival will cause delays in checking in. No events or parties of any kind are permitted. Exterior security cameras have been installed for the safety of both guests and property, recording audio and video outside the home. The guest limit of seven people will be strictly enforced, and a waiver will need to be electronically signed for all people on the property. It is not meant for social gatherings. If the propane tank is empty, guests will be reimbursed. The pool heater is turned on by request 48 hours before arrival for a small per-stay fee and will be set at 80 degrees.
The property has a maximum of 7 guests. The pet fee is for up to two dogs less than 50 pounds. Inquire if heavier than 50 pounds.
