Lease terms

The lease requires a minimum 12-month term. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, sewer, trash, gas (if applicable), internet, and lawn care unless otherwise agreed upon in the lease. A security deposit is required prior to move-in, and applicants will undergo a standard background, credit, income, and rental history screening. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval. If approved, additional pet fees or a pet deposit may apply. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Tenants are expected to maintain the property in good condition and comply with all lease terms. The home includes off-street parking with access to the driveway and garage. Street parking is available where permitted by local regulations. We are looking for responsible tenants who will take good care of the property and enjoy it as their home.
