In both 2023 and 2024, we hosted fantastic couples who treated the home with love & care and we're now looking for our third respectful tenant for fall/winter/spring 2026/2027! We are seeking a family of 4 or less, without pets. A local contractor crew or travelling nurse working in the area or in the national park? Traveling nurse? Temporary worker? Maybe a couple that moved to the area and they're looking to buy, but need temporary housing? Perhaps you work online, and you're wanting to live in CFalls for a while! We're looking for you! Because we're fully furnished and need the home to stay in perfect shape, at the end of the day its a business taking a break, we're looking for that person, couple, small family that's looking for a VERY CLEAN house AND detached SHOP, that are also VERY CLEAN. :-) This property typically does not work for families that already live in the area and they're looking for somewhere else to stay. The moment you get settled, we will be back to a short-term rental! We really are looking for somebody that's very clean and somebody that works in the area or just simply needs temporary housing and loves that it's clean and fully furnished and plans on keeping it clean! :) This is a fully furnished, turnkey rental and best of all, all utilities are included in the price. Moving our furniture off-site is not an option with our setup unfortunately! Unlike other listings, there's no need to transfer bills or worry about setup: Heat Water & Sewer Garbage service High-speed internet & fast wifi Keyless entry with coded door locks ROKU TV's with free tv, all apps, wifi TV's. All newer LED style TV's. Pricing: Rent + Security Deposit: $800 total. we keep it flat for a reason! easy and you don't need to worry about transferring utilities. $400 non-refundable for deep cleaning, after move-out. $400 refundable, and we have refunded this amount each year!
