Any and all requested and or required documents must be submitted within 24 hours or your application will be automatically denied as time is of the essence. 10. A nonrefundable $65 application fee must be paid prior to screening. 11. This home or any other home managed by Planet Realty & Management is not to be subleased or used as a vacation rental. 12.
