Standard lease term is 1 year though we will do our best to be flexible if needed. No smoking in the unit or on the patio/deck as to not disturb any other units. Parking is first come first served with a resident permit and not included in the rent. Tenants must bring trash out weekly to the curb, and return by the end of the trash pick-up day. The Trash Day app provided by City of Boston gives the latest on trash information and changes to pick-up schedules.
