The mailbox is shared with the upstairs Tenant(s). You have the option of renting a post office mailbox if you prefer. The Tenant(s) of the lower unit have access to the front and side yards. They are responsible for the lawn care and maintenance of these areas of the lawn. The kitchen has a hot plate and toaster oven. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.
