All our fully-furnished rentals are offered on a no-smoking, no pets allowed basis, and the resort has a 30-day minimum stay requirement, no exceptions. All utilities such as water, sewer, parking, basic cable TV, Wi-Fi, trash service, and electricity is capped at $150/month and are all included in the rent for our short-term rentals. For our long-term rentals, utilities are not included. The exit cleaning fee is $550-675, depending on the size of your rental unit. Our refundable security deposit is usually equal to one month's rent for longer leases or between $1,000 to $1,500 for shorter leases, and it depends on the size of your unit and its furnishings. The owner does not accept Section-8 or other housing assistance coupons for 30-day short-term vacation rentals, but we accept ALL applications and encourage all renters to apply for units that do qualify. The Hawaii transient accommodation tax and general excise tax combined are currently 18.712% and will be added to your base rent rate. We have a very limited inventory due to high demand, but we will do our best to assist you in finding the perfect accommodation for your travel dates.
