All utilities such as water, sewer, parking, basic cable TV, Wi-Fi, trash service, and electricity is capped at $150/month are all included in the rent for our short term rentals. For our long term rentals, utilities are not included. Exit cleaning fee is $450-575 depending on the size of your rental unit. Our refundable security deposit is usually equal to one-month's rent for longer leases or between $1,000 to $1,500 for shorter leases and depends on the size of your unit and it's furnishings. The owner does not accept section-8 or other housing assistance coupons for 30-day short term rentals but we accept all applications and encourage all renters to apply. The Hawaii transient accommodation tax and general excise tax combined is 18.712% and will be added to your rent.
