The rate is applicable when billed upfront; it can be higher if billed in multiple payments. Feel at home in this newly remodeled studio apartment, perfect for business or pleasure. This unit features a private entrance with parking directly in front of your door. The studio boasts top-quality furniture, including a TV that swivels for viewing from the sofa or bed. An office nook with a small table and chair is provided. The 3/4 bath includes a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hot plate, and usual small appliances, along with plates, cups, glassware, and silverware. The brand-new tiled shower has a glass door, and a heat pump provides both heating and air conditioning. Monthly rentals are welcome. A mid-stay cleaning is provided free of charge for longer stays between 21-28 nights. This property is conveniently located within walking distance to Shane Park. The internet may be slow due to the unit's location. This is a fragrance-free home, with unscented products supplied for paper products, dish soap, detergent, and pump soap. Shampoo, conditioner, and wrapped bar soaps are exceptions. Cleaners use fragrance-free products. The property is situated adjacent to another unit, with a securely locked connecting door on both sides, ensuring privacy. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500.00 additional cleaning fee and may result in eviction. Smoking, fireworks, and events are not allowed. Non-compliance with the smoking policy may result in eviction without refund and a $300.00 smoke removal fee. Guests are required to complete a Check-In Form with a valid government-issued photo ID. Check-in is between 4 PM and 7 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. There is a security camera outside facing the front yard. Personal mail delivery to the property is not permitted. There may be a Notice of Hazardous Conditions at selected homes. Brigadoon Vacation Rentals staff or repair persons have the right to enter the rental property for inspection, repairs, servicing, cleaning, and laundering at reasonable times, except in case of emergency. Missing keys will result in a $25 key replacement fee. If the property is equipped with a fire pit, a small fire with seasoned wood can be burned, subject to any county-wide BURN BAN. If a rental becomes unavailable and a replacement cannot be found, a full refund will be provided. For longer stays, a non-refundable fee will be applied to cover damage insurance. Refunds will NOT be issued for lack of internet. The landlord will pay service costs if a technician needs to come out to diagnose and remediate the service for internet issues. For short-term stays, there is no guarantee a technician can be scheduled in a timely fashion. If connectivity is urgent, bring back-up options such as a hotspot. Guests must agree to the Brigadoon Terms and Conditions. No 3rd party bookings are allowed. Guests are charged for everyone over the age of 2 years old. Children under the age of two stay free. Guests are responsible for any damages or theft during their stay. Some locations are on a septic system; please only use septic-approved toilet paper. Neither Brigadoon Vacation Rentals nor the homeowner assumes liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or their personal property, or for inconvenience from temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity, TV, Internet reception, or plumbing. All keys must be returned either to the home's lockbox or at the Brigadoon office in Sequim. Guests must respect the privacy of the neighbors and refrain from trespassing or loud noises.
