Enjoy complimentary access to the community water park, lazy river, amenity center, and clubhouse at The Retreat at ChampionsGate. Additional resort facilities include a fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green, 6 clay tennis courts, and a tennis clubhouse. Pool heat and hot tub usage are available for an additional fee of $35 per day of usage, with a request required one week prior to check-in. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Propane for the grill is not provided; guests may purchase a new tank or exchange the existing one.
Located in the Four Corners area, this villa is conveniently situated close to world-renowned attractions, with Disney a 20-minute drive away, Universal Studios approximately 28 minutes, and SeaWorld about 25 minutes. Dining and shopping options are also within easy reach.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and disposing of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway and one car in the street. Additional parking may be found on Lava Tree Dr. Overnight parking in the Clubhouse parking lot is not permitted. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. Guests are asked to follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
