All adult occupants must apply. Zillow application (including credit and background screening) is required prior to scheduling showings. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and trash service associated with the property. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Tenant is responsible for routine yard maintenance, including lawn mowing, basic weed control, and seasonal upkeep. Tenant is also responsible for snow removal to maintain safe and accessible walkways and drive areas. Tenant is responsible for replacing HVAC filters on a monthly basis. Pets are considered on an individual basis. Dogs require a meet-and-greet for approval prior to tenancy. Additional pet terms, fees, and restrictions may apply and will be outlined in the lease agreement. Property is partially owned by a licensed real estate broker.
