    APARTMENT SHOWINGS WILL BEGIN ON MAY 15TH. The lease term is one-year. The start date for the lease is flexible, although July 1, 2026 is preferred. No smoking and no pets are permitted on the premises. Parking is available on the street only, and requires a permit from the City of Pittsburgh. The tenant must open accounts at the gas and electric companies, and pay the companies directly for service. After receiving a copy of the water and sewer bill for the entire building from the landlord by email, the tenant must pay the landlord their percentage of the bill as determined by the number of occupants in each of the two apartments. The landlord will manage and pay for trash and recyclables pickup, lawn maintenance, snow removal and salting.
