Lease terms

12-month lease preferred. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval (no cats). No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Lawn care, routine pest control, and professional pool maintenance are all included, providing low-maintenance living. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric utilities, though an all-inclusive rent option (including utilities) is available for an adjusted monthly rate. Optional monthly housekeeping service is also available and can be negotiated. As an added benefit, tenants may have the opportunity to receive up to one month of free rent by allowing the property to be rented during Masters Tournament week. Participation is entirely optional, subject to advance coordination and mutual agreement. Security deposit required. Applicants are subject to credit, background, income, and rental history verification.
